Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in commercial and/or residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC equipment, troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on HVAC systems in both commercial and residential settings.
- Diagnose issues accurately and efficiently, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to identify solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and functionality.
- Collaborate with customers to explain findings, discuss repair options, and provide recommendations for system optimization or upgrades.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working on HVAC systems.
- Document all service and maintenance tasks performed, including parts used and repairs conducted.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of practical experience in servicing HVAC systems, preferably in both commercial and residential environments.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC equipment and understanding system components.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Certification or relevant training in HVAC systems preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
